8.0− The bathrooms smell very bad and the backyard needs improvement and cleaning.

9.0It was very close to a bus stop. The beds were really comfortable and fans were provided. It was great having a back yard to hang washing and sit.
− Only problem was that the ensuite shower did not drain properly after the first few days. Luckily there was a second shower.

8.0People managing the property are very helpful and if anything needed sorting, was soon done. Lovely nice house , plenty of room and comfy beds. Just around the corner from the bus stop and not far to walk to the shops. Lovely quiet area ( in the main).
− Unfortunately on 2 nights we had a lot of noise from the adjoining property. It felt very loud as such a quiet housing estate. Fortunately, it stopped and remaining time was relatively peaceful. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but feel sure that will be sorted very quickly.
