Great location, apartment itself great, facilities woefully lacking
6.0The location was great and ideal for visiting the sights. The size of the property was good for our needs.
− Didn’t enjoy walking 10 mins in the opposite direction with all our luggage to get the key. Only bath towels, no hand towels, bath mats or tea towels in the property! A scourer sponge that had seen better days in the kitchen for cleaning. We booked an apartment for the sole purpose of being able to cook food so we didn’t have to eat out every night but there wasn’t a single pan/dish we could use in the oven! The frying pan had to be scrubbed clean before we could use it. And only 3 mugs for 4 people! The bed in the en suite room was awful and made squeaking noises with the slightest movement as well as having an incredibly soft mattress. The shower in the en suite wasn’t as clean as I would expect and had a ridiculously large shower head for such a small cubicle that you had to stand with your back pressed against the wall unless you like the cold water to begin with. The hairdryer was broken.when we went to use it. I wouldn’t say this place was value for money with the issues we had to deal with. And I wish I had fully read the other reviews before we booked.

− How we had to travel 15 mins down the road to get the keys to the property.. I am heavily pregnant so having to walk there and back was trouble for me, let alone if someone was disabled

8.0The location, cleanliness, everything was good. We would definitely stay there again when ever we come to London.
− A dripping tap in the main bedroom bathroom. A little annoying when trying to sleep, even with door shut. Shower in other bathroom didn't work properly. Very easy fixes, and I am probably being picky.
