− 6-7시사이도착했는데 숙소매니저는 예약했던 투룸 아파트가 아닌 원룸아파트로 저를 속여서 데려갔고 제가 이의를 제기하자 제가 예약한 숙소가 청소가 되어있지않았다며 1시간후에 오라고 했다. 예약시 메시지로 몇층인지 엘리베이터가 있는 건물인지 물었을때 엘리베이터가 있는 건물이라고 했는데 막상 가보니 지하였고 계단이 있어서 무거운 캐리어를 들고 내려가고 올라오는데 어려움이 있었다. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible host management. Before booking, I specifically asked if there was an elevator, and the host lied that there was one. In reality, the unit was underground, making it a nightmare to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. When we arrived around 6–7 PM, the manager tried to deceive us by offering a small one-room studio instead of the two-room apartment we booked. When I objected, they admitted the original room wasn't cleaned and told us to wait an hour.

It was spacious and well kept and close to the station and any amenities we needed. The bedding was clean and fresh and the beds very soft. Inside had been cleaned and smelled fresh. There were plenty of towels and shampoos etc provided as well as many fans in each room to help with the heat wave. We had a serious issue during our stay but the owner rectified it as soon as they could and even upgraded and moved us to a different property around the corner for the remainder of our stay and was so helpful Throughout the stay.

− The stairs outside were a little treacherous and the kitchen was not stocked for being able to cook as there were no oven trays or saucepans, only one frying pan. The bathroom shower was off it's rails slightly though still functioned fine, and the main bedroom wardrobe was wonky and didn't close properly at all. There was also no plug in the bathroom to be able to take a bath nor plug in the kitchen sink to conserve water and wash dishes. The outer patio had been bleached which resulted in discoloured socks which had to be thrown out as there was no warning it had been bleached. Also, no door shelves in the fridge and no door on the master bedroom en suite meaning the bedroom door must be shut to use the toilet otherwise someone sitting in the couch can see you using the toilet. Said bedroom door also did not shut well and took a lot of force to shut.

− Personnel pas très réactif et niveau équipement, il y a rien du tout (ni casserole, ni produit vaisselle, ni éponge neuve, pas de poubelle de rechange, trop d'attente pour récupérer l'appart alors que le Personnel nettoie était déjà sur place

Très bien situé, gare, métro et commerces à quelques mètres. Machine à laver très pratique.

− Il manquait du petit matériel (surtout dans la cuisine : les poêles abîmées et rayées, aucune casserole). Il faudrait aussi ajouter un petit étendage sur la terrasse.
