Best place to stay during holiday. Enjoy the place

1.0location is good. close to ferry from Singapore.
− Unclean. Broken plumbing, especially the toilet which leaked water on to the floor when flushed. Broken shower head, held together with electrical tape. Black mould on surfaces, filthy cupboard under sink. Curtains hanging off track. TV sparked electricity when turned on. Filthy stained lounge. Very uninhabitable and left after 30 mins. Agent/owner not responsive, refused to accept anything was wrong. Refused refund for three nights booked. Booking.com staff very helpful in sorting it out.
