Location

− One of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. I do not recommend this property. From the moment we arrived, we were very disappointed. The apartment was old, poorly maintained, and the level of cleanliness was far below what we expected. Even more surprising was that many basic necessities were missing. There were no towels, no bed linens, no toilet paper, no soap, and no trash bags in the bins. We were told that some of these basic items required an additional payment, which was completely unacceptable for a holiday accommodation. At check-in, we were asked to pay a €200 security deposit. I clearly explained that I was uncomfortable paying the deposit because I was afraid that money would later be deducted for unfair reasons. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened. Before leaving, we cleaned the apartment and left it in good condition. However, €30 was deducted from our deposit because they claimed the apartment was “not clean enough.” They mentioned a few hairs on the floor and a small wet area in the bathroom. I immediately offered to clean those areas, which would have taken only a couple of minutes, but they refused and insisted on keeping the €30. Communication was also very poor. We tried to contact the property several times before our arrival to let them know when we would arrive, but nobody answered our calls. We eventually had to send a message because it was impossible to reach anyone by phone. The most upsetting part was the way we were treated by the staff. When I questioned the deduction from the deposit, their attitude became aggressive and intimidating. I no longer felt safe continuing the discussion and decided to leave to avoid further confrontation. Instead of enjoying a relaxing holiday, we experienced stress and disappointment from beginning to end. Our two-day vacation was completely ruined. I sincerely hope Booking.

La résidence est très bien placée et bien équipée grâce à la piscine. Nous avons tout à disposition à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Nous sommes juste à côté du lac avec une super plage de vrai sable, nous pouvons nous promener le long du lac.

− Indépendamment de la résidence le manque de restaurant a proximité.
