9.0Loved the location and walkability to Hyde park and the Underground.
− We had to walk 7 minutes (in the opposite direction from the Underground station with our luggage) to collect keys from a lock box. Wish there was a more streamlined lock box procedure. The host was helpful and friendly. They kindly accommodated our request to leave the keys in the unit upon checkout (it would've really complicated our morning to have to walk 20 mins in the rain just to drop off keys at their designated lock box but they were kind enough to oblige our request). We had trouble with hot water for showers at night (our family showers right before bed) but all things considered it was a comfortable stay and I would recommend the stay to families.

9.0The location is good. Its about 5min walk from shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean. We have a comfortable stay.
− There aren't any windows in the upstairs loft, so it gets very warm without proper ventilation. There are no power outlets up there to plug in a fan, so an extension cord is needed to help circulate the air. Also, the electric kettle has a heavy buildup of limescale at the base, causing white flakes to float in the water whenever it boils, so it definitely needs to be replaced. Apart from these issues, our stay was very comfortable.

− Bed was too small/blankets were stained Upstairs bed was hard to get to and from cause the stair case was too tight Door handles were broken and loose Couch was very smelly needs to be cleaned Floors are creaky Bath tub was very high / difficult for older people Basically the place needs renovation!!
