Newly Built Luxury 2 Bed Apartment!!!

A deeply disappointing and unacceptable accommodation experience that unfortunately put a damper on our otherwise wonder

The neighbourhood was acceptable, but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our stay.

− Our stay was extremely disappointing. We were given damaged air mattresses, forcing some of us to sleep on the floor. The advertised sofa bed was just a small regular sofa, and one of the beds was crooked. The floors were so dirty that our socks became filthy just from walking around. The owner was impossible to reach, and after numerous difficulties, we only received our security deposit back through Booking.com after two months. The owner never returned it themselves. Overall, this felt like a complete rip-off and unfortunately put a stain on what was otherwise a wonderful trip to London.

Eigentlich gar nichts

− Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung entsprach leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung sehr staubig. Auf den Schränken fanden wir zudem Dosen und Tüten mit sichtbaren Schimmelspuren. Auch die Rückzahlung der von uns überwiesenen Kaution ist bislang nicht erfolgt. Zum Zeitpunkt dieser Bewertung sind seit unserem Aufenthalt bereits zwei Monate vergangen. Trotz mehrfacher Erinnerungen haben wir die Kaution bisher nicht zurückerhalten. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen und würden sie nicht erneut buchen.

− I was really disappointed with my stay. The Airbnb was in very poor condition the mattress was split and extremely uncomfortable, and there was even blood on the bedding. The taps were hanging off, it was dirty, and there were loads of fruit flies everywhere. The key didn’t lock properly either, which made me feel unsafe also most of blinds was broken or didnt work so zero privacy i had to get a bed sheet to cover window up in the bedroom as peopls could see in Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this place to anyone. The host also was very poor on communication the place needs a deep clean and fixing.

Not a luxury. More of a nightmare.

The location was just what we needed as we were attending the BTS concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

− The listing lied. It said futons were available and a sofa bed. Not true. There were blow up mattresses which were punctured and wouldn’t hold air. Sofa is just a sofa, not a bed. The lock on front door was broken. The sheets and towels felt old and not very clean. Various things in the apartment were broken. The shower head and tap over the bath was broken. Blinds at window ripped. Shower drained blocked and nearly overflowed each time we used it. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling over the bed. The gas or electric meter started setting off a very loud ALARM after midnight which we couldn’t figure how to turn off. Worst of all, the host did not respond to any of my queries or requests either in the lead up to our stay or while we were there. The only response I received was when the code they sent me for the key safe was wrong. They sent the correct code and said oops sorry, been busy with work. I contacted Booking multiple times for support and got nothing. This was incredibly stressful experience. Thankfully we had a great time seeing BTS. Let’s hope they play Wembley next time instead.
