10.0We absolutely LOVED this place!! The view is second-to-none! We loved sitting in the pool watching the sunset and looking out over the bay/ocean. The place was spacious with all the modern accouterments. The beds were comfortable and we fell asleep so quickly! The bathrooms were clean and the furniture was very comfortable. Daniel was very responsive and helpful. This is a repeat location for us next time we visit CR!
− The roads leading up are narrow and very steep.. There are 2 ways up to the house and, unfortunately, we took the West road up, which was rough and very narrow in some places. Go up the East/North road.

− Drive up is a bit scary with 35% grade in some places. Could use more plastic cups for use by the pool.

Comfortable and good value Villa with great views of the bay/ocean.
8.0The spectacular views from the infinity pool and the 2nd floor balcony off the bedrooms. It is a comfortable villa with good living space with fully stocked kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with large comfy beds (one bedroom has 2 twin beds). The private parking garage was next to the Villa. The infinity pool was only about 40' away. Good TV streaming and good Wi-fi. Very quiet and secure/safe with the gate entrance that you operate with a fob. It worked everytime. The water at the Villa (and in Costa Rica) is really good with no problems from our group. Water pressure was great.
− Be aware that the Villa is up on the hillside on a narrow windy road. We got lost trying to drive to it as Goggle maps is unreliable..use Wyze maps. The steep road to the villa after the gate takes a few times to get use to. Folks walked down to the Ocotal Beach but bring water and go during the morning hours. There is only one restaurant in Ocotal Beach but it's a good one...a local favorite. You can ride share from the Villa to the beach and other beaches/towns. The mini split AC units had some dripping condensation issues in two rooms which were fixed the same day. The kitchen did not have adequate lighting. The main floor views from the balcony were partially obstructed by other Villas.
