Günstig und gut gelegen, würden es trotzdem nicht nochmal buchen
5.0Lage war super, Wohnung geräumig, Küche war gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem
− Waschmaschine und Trockner -anders als angegeben- nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar (und Waschraum sehr dreckig). 3.Schlafzimmer nur über steile Treppe ins Dachgeschoss erreichbar, sehr warm und keine Privatsphäre ( da keine Tür) Außenbereich nicht hergerichtet (Kinderspielplatz nicht fertig, Strandkörbe und Grill nicht einladend)

8.0Die Lage, die Ruhe. Der gute Kontakt zum Vermieter
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit maximal 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind gut geeignete Wohnung.
7.0Die Lage ist sehr günstig für Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Die Wohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Küche war , bis auf den viel zu kleinen Backofen, gut ausgestattet, es gab einige Basisdinge wie Salz/ Zucker, die die Vorgänger da gelassen hatten.
− Man sieht der Küche und den anderen Räumen leider an, das der Eigentümer nicht vor Ort ist = kaputte Schränke, defekte Tür vom Tiefkühlfach, sehr quietschendes Ehebett. Wenn man tatsächlich mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung wohnen wollen würde, müsste der Esstisch umgestellt werden, weil wegen der Dachschräge eigentlich nur 2 Personen an dem Tisch gut sitzen können. Die Treppe zu dem 3. Schlafzimmer ist so steil, das nur Menschen die sicher Treppensteigen, sie benutzen sollten. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradunterstand für E-bikes wäre ein Gewinn für diese Wohnung !
