No heating, no hot water, attempted break-in and an unresponsive host. Terrible experience!
1.0− Extremely disappointing stay. The heating and hot water did not work for almost the entire stay, leaving the apartment freezing cold. The boiler was only repaired the evening before departure. We also experienced an attempted break-in into our apartment, requiring police involvement. To make matters worse, the host completely ignored our repeated complaints. Absolutely unacceptable. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

− Varmvattnet slutade fungera. Vi sa till en gång och fick det fixat men sen slutade det fungera igen. Avloppslukt från badrummet var hemsk. Dåligt med bestick. Vi var fem stycken och det fanns inte bestick till alla. Brandlarmet gick på kvällen. Försökte ringa men inget svar. Skrev ett meddelande men fick ingen respons på meddelandet.

Loved being in Shoreditch, fit-out left a bit to be desired, but not bad overall
7.0Great location, lots of windows to open up the space, which was important as it was really muggy during our stay. Beds were very comfortable, and it was very spacious. Loved being on the top floor.
− The bed linen were only flat sheets, so they kept coming off over the stay, and waking up on an mattress was a bit gross (it wasn't dirty, but you know, the illusion of cleanliness) For how much we paid, which was admittedly for 4 people, when only 2 of us stayed, it did feel expensive, especially as it is more student level accom in terms of the fit out. We had a lot of issues with the fire alarm consistently going off, which was right outside our door, so our sleep was interrupted by high pitch beeps most nights. Staff were helpful, but the fix was not permanent, so it would reoccur for the last few days. Shower is also in an elevated bath, so a bit precarious getting in and out.

8.0It was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent with easy access to transport both bus and train.
− A few little issues. For example toilet half flush didn"t operate. It could have done with a small lined bin in the bathroom for female hygiene issues and communication was poor. We sent a message to them on 2 occasions with no response. Whilst the beds were comfortable one bed needed the middle support legs fixing to ensure it doesn't wobble. The beds are a double rather than a queen so a couple would be very cosy. Not a problem for us but I think it is good to know.

5.0Close to metro station and nice appartment
− The sofa was horrible to sleep on. 4 persons is the max for this appartment. One person booked a hotel room. Accomodation did not reply serious on the complaint. That is really bad.
