9.0Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The host was very responsive and replied to all messages quickly, making communication easy and stress-free. The location is excellent, just a short 7-minute walk to the Underground and very convenient for the ExCeL London Congress Centre. The only downside was the cleanliness of the accommodation, which could definitely be improved. Better housekeeping would make the stay much more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this place for its great location and excellent host communication, but I hope more attention will be given to hygiene in the future.

9.0It’s a central location to most tourist sites and great location in London. I could easily access Uber boat, and DLR train services within a 5 minutes walk. Serene environment and estate, pent floor too.

5.0Lovely view and nice area, warm flat.
− I had to wash my own towels, take out the trash from the person who had stayed before and the sheets were badly stained and marked. It wasn't possible to use the gym or swimming pool shown as I had no access card. The rain head shower doesn't work and the cupboards in the kitchen aren't clean.
