− La pulizia è un po' scadente. La struttura dei letti della seconda camera è datata e nella tappezzeria si notano macchie.

10.0Posizione comoda per il mare, appartamento accogliente e confortevole, dotato sia di forno che lavatrice (molti utili durante le vacanze al mare).
− Il parcheggio di fronte aveva sempre spazi disponibili, ma l'uscita dal parcheggio in auto, fortunatamente non troppo trafficata, è molto pericolosa. Non fa parte della struttura, ma spero sia uno spunto di miglioramento.
