10.0Die Unterkunft war von der Einrichtung, Größe und Lage einfach super. Trotz des Alters der Residenz Kormoran ist dies immer noch eine der besten Adressen für Ferienwohnungen in Prerow.
− Ein Wort zu Prerow. Der Ort hat in der Saison seinen ursprünglichen Charme verloren. Der hemmungslose Bau von Ferienwohnungen in den letzten 20 Jahren bringt die Infrastruktur des Ortes zum Kollabieren, Gaststätten bewältigen den Ansturm nicht und die Versorgung ist am Limit. Auf den Straßen herrscht oft E-Bike Terror. Diese Entwicklung zerstört in Zukunft den ganzen Darss, was nicht Sinn und Zweck sein sollte und kontraproduktiv zum Natur-und Umweltschutz ist. Ein Lichtblick der Gastronomie: das asiatische Restaurant gegenüber dem Kino in der Waldstraße.
