7.0Location and space at property. As reviews said house is older, needs updating etc. Having said that it was clean, beds comfortable, location was perfect for a short stay to visit family and local area. I prefer a tired house to a cramped hotel room.
− Lots of things could have been made perfect but for the price all the essentials were covered. Place was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for 1st class accomadation book and pay it.

8.0The pillows need replacing and the overall cleanliness in my opinion was poor, little more thoughtfulness would make it a beautiful place of oasis, the garden, and outside space was truly neglected.
