− Strange sewage smells from bathroom drains during one of the nights. Bathrooms should have some hooks or a place to dry towels. Drying rack for clothing would be useful.
We had a nice stay and things were as described, but apartment was old.
7.0The property photos matched the location. Beds were comfortable, parking was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed.
− 3rd floor with no elevator was tough with luggage. Apartment was old and could use updating.

2.0Apartment was clean however there is mould in shower area sealant.
− We have waited outside nearly 2.30hrs outside and could not talk to anybody in the property management.Nobody available for lifting phone for replying mail.At last talk to Booking .com international number and wasted a lot of money for for phone calls . Nearly 1.5 hrs international call,they put me on hold to solve.Very poor management from property side.The link they send me for security deposit was for zero pound instead of 150 pound and there was no facility for customer to change the security deposit from zero to 150 pounds.Because of that mistake we waited outside till 7.30pm
