9.0Working trip, so no time to enjoy surroundings but The Granary was well equipped and comfortable.
− I think the fridge needs a bit of attention. Not cold enough. Had a couple of 1 litre bottles of milk go off, which is rare these days.
Beautiful surroundings and a dog friendly cottage!
9.0Perfect location and beautiful views around the property. Access to spacious field for the dog and a stream for him to cool off. The terrace was ideal for an evening and we enjoyed sitting in the huts - despite the many other cottages our stay felt quiet/felt as if we had many areas to ourselves. Fans were provided for the hot weather which was thoughtful.
− If we were nitpicking, there could have been a wooden gate at the top of the granary steps (we used the bins to stop the dog from running off). Knives in the kitchen were extremely blunt and the shower didn’t drain properly. The towel rail in the bathroom was also boiling hot and I couldn’t figure out how to get it turned off (thought I tried every switch).
