− O ar condicionado do quarto é portátil e com isso não pode fechar totalmente o blackout! (Foto) Para quem vai ficar pouco tempo o apartamento atende bem, mas se vai ficar mais de uma semana, não é fornecido troca de roupa de cama e toalha. O aquecedor de água apresentando problema. Como está verão não queria tornar banho muito quente e quando tentava diminuir a temperatura, desligava. Os 15 dias que passei sempre teve cheiro de esgoto no banheiro. Não tem armário para guardar vassouras, esfregão, varal, etc e assim fica tudo à vista na casa. (Foto) O apartamento é não é cuidado como devia e falta móveis para colocar equipamento em cima e assim fica no chão (foto)

8.0Great property, very comfortable bed, wonderful location which is central but quiet and it felt spacious although I was travelling by myself.
− The only downside is the air conditioning. There’s only one unit in the living room and whilst it cools the apartment effectively by day, the bedroom remains uncomfortably warm at night.
