9.0Very comfortable place. Plenty of good restaurants and convenience store nearby. Head up to the 6th floor terrace for views of volcanoes and sunset.
− Picky item: shower head sprays everywhere.

Very modern studio inside a colonial building.
9.0Better than the fotos. Very modern and new. Great architecture that makes a small space work.
− No light! Difficult for working or packing. They need to put in a couple strong ceiling lights or lamps.
Beautiful apartment, private, well-located.
9.0Comfortable, well-located, helpful staff, private, beautiful terrace.
− Need to replace the shower head.
Although well located, I would probably look elsewhere if I come back - not great value for money.
7.0The location was probably the best part. It was also a comfortably sized for two people. It had a good bed and a comfortable couch. The front desk people spoke no English (fortunately we speak a little Spanish) but all were quite friendly and cooperative. There was a good little restaurant directly across the street and a tienda (small local food and beverage store) at the nearest corner, making it convenient to get beer and other necessities such as water.
− Building maintenence was not great. We were on the third floor and were never able to use the stairs because they were always in near total darkness. Fortunately, the elevator worked well. Cleaning was not the best. We found a discarded disposible razor guard on the floor near the bent lamp when we first arrived. There was a good fridge but no ice cubes in the freezer when we got there. We had to find a place to buy water, because it was not supplied. In addition to the fairly comfortable couch, the furniture included three plastic chairs. When I first sat on one of them, I discovered that it was broken and it nearly pitched me onto the floor. I put it out on the narrow balcony (facing a blank wall 8 feet away) because it was dangerous and we used the other 2 molded chairs which were fine.
Quiet, well located.
9.0It’s quiet, considering the location. Close to Paseo Bravo, Zócalo, etc. The rooftop is beautiful.
