9.0Appartamento pulito e con tutti gli accessori, vista pazzesca. Unica nota dolente è il parcheggio, si deve andare a parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico che poco più in là,ma che non sempre torvi posto.
− Attrezzata bene e con tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima per andare anche a piedi a fare un giro a sirolo o se si vuole prendere navetta che ti porta alle spiagge. La proprietà ci ha fornito indicazioni per raggiungere tagliando da un sentiero sia sirolo che il punto dove si prende le navette.

9.0Appartamento nuovo, molto pulito ordinato e funzionale. Ottimi elettrodomestici (lavatrice, lavastoviglie e forno) e cucina ben fornita di tutti gli utensili necessari di prima qualità. Letti molto comodi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. All’interno della casa il telefono funziona…cosa non scontata per gli appartamenti situati in questa zona.
− Forse un po’ decentrata come posizione ma con 10 minuti a piedi si poteva raggiungere il centro di Sirolo e il parcheggio della fermata dei bus delle spiagge. Consiglio scorciatoia di via Sant’Antonio. Del resto chi va in vacanza a Sirolo mette già in programma di dover camminare un po’ ed è anche piacevole

− Słabo wyposażona kuchnia ( brak czajnika,odp.szklanek, garnków). Należy wyraźnie zaznaczyć, że jest daleko od plaży i aby tam dotrzeć potrzebne jest auto lub autobus a i tak końcową część drogi trzeba pokonać pieszo ( ok 20. minut) Klimatyzacja działa, ale należy ją czyścić,bo uczula

8.0La pulizia e tranquillità del posto e il proprietario gentilissimo
− L'unica cosa io aggiungerei un condizionatore anche nella sala/cucina. Questa settimana era veramente molto caldo e per fortuna avevamo 2 ventilatori con noi. Il proprietario comunque è carinissimo e abbiamo dormito bene perché la zona notte è servita dal condizionatore.

− The apartment is listed as air conditioning but the air conditioning is only in a long L shaped hallway only one unit, not enough. Also when we arrived it was 36 degrees and owner had not switched air conditioning on so it was like an oven and took us hours to cool down a bit. There is also a balcony but sadly no chairs for outside use. Kitchen chairs need cushions. Shelves about settee which are a hazard for banging your head on.
