Great location off the Main Street by the beach! The apartment was very clean!

− There is only the roof top pool which has a lovely view however there were no umbrellas or shade, and it was very hot up there so had to use the pool next-door(which shows in the advertisement as the big pool) which is 200 baht per person to use…the gym is also next-door at the other resort and is 100 baht.

Прекрасные апартаменты в отличном Кондо. Очень чисто. Море через дорогу (50 метров). Хороший бассейн на крыше с прекрасным видом. Магазин 7-11 рядом. Тут же остановка макашниц и других точек общепита. В апартах все новое (свежее). Холодильник, Микроволновка, тостер, кофеварка, стиральная машина, плита. все новое. Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Балкон(терраса) на все комнаты с хорошим видом на бассейн и море. Терасса закрыта сеткой, что оберегает от птиц. На террасе есть обеденный стол и 4 стула, обедай хоть внутри хоть снаружи. Вся посуда для 4 человек. Для отдыха на пляже бонусом мячик, и разворачиваемый коврик (лежанка). Интернет быстрый. Телевизор есть, но можно побольше и поновее. Стоянка авто сразу у входа. Всегда есть место. Крыша красиво оборудована. Есть место и посидеть отдохнуть и для занятия спортом , и для уединенной беседы. Место приспособлено для долгого комфортного проживания. с удовольствием бы провели тут всю зиму. Сразу предупрежу, место не тусовочное. в 9-10 часов все уже закрыто.

− Небольшие минусы все таки есть: 1. Квартира находится на 4 этаже (выше только крыша) и как раз над этой квартирой находится насосная станция для воды. Насос постоянно включается, что сначала немного напрягало. Потом привыкли. 2. В ванной в раковине (в сливе) не установлен сифон (гидрозатвор). Поэтому есть небольшой запах канализации. И как раз через канализацию (либо через раковину, либо через душевой слив) в ванную однажды пробрался большой (американский) таракан. Ночью пошел в туалет, включаю свет , открываю дверь, и вижу как на меня бежит этот зверь. Других вариантов(кроме как канализация) таракан попасть в ванную бы не смог. После этого случая. мы стали закрывать пробкой слив в раковине и тряпкой слив в душевой. Больше никаких непрошеных гостей на протяжении месяца мы не видели. Будет прекрасно, что бы этот момент был устранен. Все сливные отверстия должны быть с гидрозатвором, что бы не было запаха и насекомые не могли попасть в квартиру.

Fabulous location outweighs overly-hyped advertising of apartment. Forget small print - relax, enjoy

If you don't expect any luxury or any form of customer service, the benefits offered far outweigh any disappointments. Most of the benefits are external to the apartment. Although it is light and airy, with good air-con, the furnishing is cheap and highly eclectic. The balcony is nice. The benefits outside the apartment are fantastic: the roof-top pool; the nearby beach/sea; the long, largely paved, tree-lined walkway along, but off, the beach; the large number of beachside 'hawker' restaurants and food-stalls all along this walkway; the peaceful and friendly picnickers and beachgoers. The price is lower than most other globally advertised stays along the beachfront. This is appropriate, but also makes it good value.

− Frankly, the benefits summarised above outweigh the 'don't likes', which are more amusing - to us, but perhaps not to others - than significant. There were some issues relating to the apartment. The key ones being the cheap shower head/hose, which came apart after three days, and for which, initially, a charge was demanded. We felt that the 500 baht cash deposit on arrival was discourteous. (It would be difficult to cause that amount of damage in this particular apartment). When the apartment's wifi failed to work, we were helped to try the wifi of three other apartments (presumably owned by the same owner?) before successfully connecting. More generally, the details relating to facilities on the website were hugely inaccurate. We put this down to laziness, rather than any deliberate attempt to deceive. Some examples are: the ''pool view'' is of the pool belonging to the adjacent apartment block; there aren't ''two pools''; there is no spa; there is no fitness room / steam room / indoor play area; the TV is not cable / satellite / pay per view. We suspect these all relate to the nextdoor - more expensive - apartment block!!

The room was neat and tidy and well equipped. We arrived late so we could have enjoyed the venue more but that was our own arrangements for late arrival.
