7.0We went to Biennale, so the location is a 10+. Even for exploring all Venice is awesome, because tou are just a bit form the chaos. It is a residential area, with 3 trally really good restaurant, literally 30 seconds from the house.
− I am 45 in a really good shape bit I had problems taking my laguage on thr stairs, they are 60%, so they can consideres as ledder. If you are young, no problem, but if you are older and have some knee problem, could be a big problem. For us it was ok, just if you are old it is a dont… The host was available before the stay, after not so.. We didnt have a hot water for the first night and he didnt reach back… overall it is ok. Will stay again, just those small details… It was clean and you can experience Venice in a soecial way. The terrace is a good thing, you dont get this around..

8.0Tolle Lage zur Biennale. Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung.
− In der Küche müssten wir noch etwas spülen und en Vermieter Bitten um neuen Schwamm . Leider nur 1 Küchentisch. Es gab erst nur pro Bett eine Bettdecke (wir sind keine Paare) und 1 Handtuch pro Person. Der Vermieter hat uns am nächsten Tag die Sachen gebracht.

10.0Wunderschöne Lage, direkt an der Uferpromenade und einer Vaporetto-Haltestelle, das nächste Restaurant (sehr lecker und preiswert) ist nur 50 Meter entfernt. Dabei ist die Wohnung ruhig und gemütlich und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen! Terrasse mit Blick auf die Stadt und die Dächer! Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben hier mit der Familie die Osterfeiertage verbracht und waren begeistert! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hierher.

9.0Jeżeli chcesz uczestniczyć w Biennale ten apartament jest położony idealnie! Ma świetny mały balkonik! Bardzo ciekawa, przyjazna część Wenecji. Serdecznie polecam
− Mole! Bardzo dużo moli ubraniowych, które niestety wróciły ze mną do domu :-(
