1.0Worst stay - avoid at all cost. Dirty, construction site at the floor above, place smells like sewage.

10.0The location as I was mainly attending the Venice film festival so it was real close to a vaporetto which made it easier to travel while simultaneously being close to the heart of Venice

10.0Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Man kommt in 2 Min. zur Biennale und zur Promenade, in 10 Min. zum Markusplatz. So zentral, dass man zwischendurch eine Pause einlegen kann. Es ist in einem sehr ruhigen, typisch venezianischen Altstadtviertel gelegen, wo nur Einheimische leben. Die Unterkunft bestand aus 2 hellen, schönen Zimmern, was ich nicht erwartet hätte. Auch der Balkon war nett, groß genug, um sich dort auszuruhen und einen Kaffee zu trinken. Auch die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.
