La posizione dell'appartamento, comoda con parcheggio sotto casa. L'appartamento è molto grande, pulito e accogliente con tutti i comfort. Il signor Mike è gentile e accogliente.

You probably heard Sparta is not very interesting in itself aside from its proximity to Mystras but we loved it , a very rationally and aesthetically planned Bauhaus idea of a town and houses , without the fancy stuff . Mike place a fourth floor w elevator with great view from its front large porch of the plain and mountains surrounding and the owner Mike lives right next door and is a super friendly personality set up this place with great quality of comfort large space and v good facilities , with two large porches , it’s all quality kitchen well supplied and everything quite tasteful V good value , recommend on your passing through Sparta

− Nothing really negative to say about this nice place being above one if the central street ( off 4th floor) made the place feel urban traffic wise if you are accustomed to more rural surroundings but we liked it , and there is so much light and open view there .

Sehr große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, wo es an nichts mangelte. Öffentlicher Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Gastgeber sehr freundlich.

− Einiges vom Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und weist teilweise Beschädigungen/Abnutzungen auf. Leider hatte ich bei der Buchung übersehen, dass die Wohnung nicht als "Nichtraucherwohnung" gekennzeichnet gewesen ist. Der Rauchgeruch in den Räumen und Polstern war für uns als Nichtraucher mit kleinen Kindern schon sehr unangenehm.
