9.0Lokalizacja super, blisko do plaży, sklepòw i piekarni, restauracja niedaleko z dobrym jedzeniem. Apartament przestronny i dobrze wyposażony z dużym tarasem. Parking obok i dobry kontakt z wlaścicielem. Jako Rodzinka z Dzieciakami byliśmy zadowoleni, jedynie co to brak Smart TV i tv w języku tylko niemieckim. Ogólnie super, Utjeha to bardzo urokliwa miejscowość na pewno wrócimy 😃

10.0Apartament, który wynajęliśmy spełnił nasze oczekiwania w 100% Składał się z przedsionka, dużego salonu z kuchnią i jadalnią, 2 pokoi oraz tarasu ze pięknym widokiem. Apartament bardzo czysty. Pokoje miały swoje osobne toalety oraz klimatyzatory. Szczególnie byliśmy zadowoleni z klimatyzacji, która była nie tylko wydajna, ale zaskakująco cicha. Apartament był w pełni wyposażony, można było znaleźć nawet parasol, leżaki na plażę, a nawet grilla. Kolejnym atutem była bardzo miła obsługa. Obiekt posiada własny dedykowany parking. Zdecydowanie polecam te miejsce dla każdego.
