Licht, lucht en ruimte
9.0De ruimte in de accomodatie. Er was licht en lucht. Een ruime badkamer met een bad! Aircondioning en ventilatoren! En vlak bij het station, wat je overigens niet hoort.
− In de accomodatie is alles aanwezig, een wasmachine, een vaatwasser en een gasfornuis met een oven. Top natuurlijk. De huishoudelijke apparaten zijn echter wel al op leeftijd, dus het was zoeken naar hoe ze aan moesten en hoe alles precies werkt. Twee gaspitten deden het helaas niet. Maakt niet uit als je op vakantie bent, maar een uitgebreid kerstdiner zou ik er niet gaan koken.

9.0L'emplacement qui permet d'accéder à tout facilement et la proximité de la gare. La disponibilité de Fabrice pour toutes les questions. La climatisation, le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver.
− Comme je ne sais pas où le marquer, ça ne nous a pas gêné, mais pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer, l'escalier pour monter à l'appartement est un peu raide 😀

9.0地點很方便，離車站跟水上巴士站很近，水上巴士站旁還有一間超好吃的餐廳，房子雖然有點年份，但看的出來房東很用心在保養，房子佈置的很溫馨，一進門有回家的感覺，遇到問題房東也處理的很快速，讓我們很安心
− 如果有老人家或很重的行李可能要考慮一下，因為沒有電梯要提行李上三樓蠻辛苦的，不過威尼斯的房子應該有電梯的也不多吧
