8.0The location is very good - everything is within easy walking distance. Quiet in the night. Plenty of room in the apartment and the kitchen is well equipped. New mosquito nets!
− Mattress was a bit soft and pillows a bit hard for my personal taste. It is quite a steep climb up to the 3rd floor apartment which wouldn't suit everyone. Not a criticism, but just an observation for future guests.

8.0La situación del apartamento es ideal. En pleno San Marco, cerca de todo. Apartamento bien equipado. Cocina y salón muy amplios. Las Habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, lo que se agradece. La comunicación con el propietario y la persona que te hace el checking - de 10!
− Es un tercero sin ascensor, no es una molestia, pero estaría bien saberlo de antemano. La primera planta donde están ubicados el salón, la cocina y el baño, es calurosa.

9.0L’appartement est sur un emplacement idéal! Proche de l’arrêt San Angelo ou Rialto. La description du bien est parfaite. Le quartier est calme et proche de toutes les commodités. Supermarché à 2 rues, une pizzeria à emporter au top, et en bas un bar très sympathique frais et loin des tarifs de San Marco. La communication est plus que excellente voir parfaite avec Christine ou Davide. Franchement nous reviendrons! Nous étions une famille de 5.
