10.0It was in a great location, close to the Vaporetto, shops, restaurants, etc. Eduardo was very good with communication, which made the stay even better. The shower was large for an Italian bathroom, and there was a washer and dryer!!
− You cannot put the address into Google Maps, as that will take you to the other side of Venice. Instead, you must use the coordinates Eduardo gives you - but he was very responsive and helpful when we got lost!!

10.0Location was excellent, and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again. Edoardo was very kind, his place was very clean and the beds very comfortable! Great restaurant next door, Bar Ducale is right over the bridge to get your morning coffee. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Venice, this is it.

− No Air conditioner in the rooms, bathrooms are small and no counter space

7.0Fantastic location right on a canal, however it can be noisy. If this bothers you choose the back bedroom. Large apartment with great air conditioning with a washing machine and dryer. We walked to everything!
− Main bed needs replacing, it sinks where you are laying. Back bedroom bed was much better. Would be great to add a coffee machine and a few more basics like extra toilet paper etc.
