8.0It was very clean. Located close to the Biennale, which is the reason we came to Venice. The owner was very responsive. Close to many restaurants, but away from the touristy crowds. Very quiet neighborhood. Air conditioning worked well, which was a plus to escape the 90F weather.
− I thought it was listed as being on the first floor, but it is on the second floor, making it a challenge to bring up our luggage.

7.0The location is easy access to the main areas once you figure out the boat system. Not easy to get to initially when first arriving in Venice. The transfer system isn’t easy to fully understand initially and the apartment is a 30 -50 min boat ride from train station, which sounds like a lot but seems average. The apartment is also close to a great street with great restaurants and cafes
