10.0The lady who met us at the vaporetto station was amazing - such a nice way to be welcomed to the accommodation and Venice! The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay - very well stocked kitchen and a really handy manual for the house including loads of restaurant recommendations for each district.
− Everything was great really, except the shower in the smaller of the 2 bathrooms I couldn't use, as the water pressure was too hard for me, but it may not be a problem for other people.
Great value for money
9.0The price is unbeatable for such a central location. Lionella was great, she met us at the vaporetto stop, gave us all the info we needed, and we had a pleasant stay at the property.
− Some of the appliances need an upgrade/update and there was an issue with the showerheads.

8.0La localisation centrale, peu importe que vous vouliez partir vers le Ghetto, l'Arsenal, la place St Marc, ... A deux pas de la rue neuve et du Traghetto Ca'd'oro pour passer directement de l'autre côté du grand canal sans user ses semelles. Logement dans une ruelle très calme. Grande surface qui permettrait la présence de deux couples sans se marcher sur les pieds. Équipements (cuisine, lave-linge, lave-scaisselle, fer, ...) complet et fonctionnel.

10.0Tout était parfait! La localisation est idéale, dans une petite rue calme et à proximité de tous les lieux d’intérêt. L’appartement est propre, bien agencé, confortable . L’accueil de Lionella etait exceptionnel.
