4.0Quiet location, nice garden, and nice dining area. Having a washer / dryer was nice.
− The unit is old and needs upgrades, especially the bathroom. The tub trim is molded, and the fixtures and towel racks are rusted. The mirror is too high. The toilet bowl uses lots of water. The sign preventing an alarm taking a shower was stressful.The refrigerator is noisy. The corner cabinet is hazardous. Accessories are old .
I appreciate the privacy but thought the place was a little sad. It would have been great 10 years a
5.0There was no breakfast! It was private.i was able to cook a meal.
− There was construction going on on all 4 corners of the street! And the house was on the corner! Luckily it wasn't on the weekend. The only mirror in the whole house was too high for me to see into! I'm 5'1" and couldn't see to put on makeup.
