2.0− La struttura era molto sporca al nostro arrivo, c’era molta polvere nelle camere da letto e sporcizia diffusa dal precedente inquilino, compreso asciugamani usati sparsi. Tutto l’appartamento presenta segni di non curanza diffusa, la testata del letto era distrutta e lo stesso per le piastrelle del bagno. Il culmine è stato trovare il gabinetto sporco incrostato al nostro arrivo. Non consiglierei quindi il pernottamento nella struttura nemmeno se fosse il primo prezzo o nemmeno per una notte.

9.0Location fantastic. Great selection of shops and restaurants right on the doorstep, close to train station and bus station. Washing machine, full kitchen. MASSIVE bedroom. Easy to follow instructions on finding the property and the codes to enter.
− Fittings on glass door on shower removed and not replaced, so door was close to falling off. It was too dangerous for us to close shower door.

9.0It’s was in a perfect location above restaurants and the stations. Not noisy. Very easy to access. We loved it.

7.0der aufenthalt in venedig grundsätzlich hat extrem viel geschichtliches und kulturelles zu bieten wenn man sich dafür interessiert
− die wohnung die wir für 4 wochen gebucht haben! man muss im dunkeln durch den hof zur haustüre obwohl licht vorhanden wäre man müsste es nur reparieren - der hof ist extrem schmutzig - wohnung schmutzig - schmutziges kochgeschirr - schmutzige böden - schmutzige bettdecken mit flecken von allerlei - schmutzige waschmaschiene - schlechter service der agentur

7.0C'est hélas, un constat négatif.
− Manque de communication. Attente longue de réponses aux questions, avant depart, qui ne mettent pas en confiance. Des indications floues pour parvenir à l'appartement. Ce n'est pas de l'autonomie, c'est un jeu de piste. De plus, j'ai dû régler en plus 30 euros à cet organisme, sans savoir à quel service ça correspond. C'est bien beau de vouloir réduire le personnel, mais, à force ça devient pénible et entame le plaisir. À en croire leur dernier message, c'est nous qui n'utilisons pas bien les info. En plus de se sentir abandonné, on vous fait comprendre que c'est de votre faute. Bel accueil !
