− De afwasmachine was kapot, maar de host had er niet aan gedacht om dan wat extra droogdoeken klaarte leggen. Hier en daar is het appartement toe aan een beetje opknappen.

10.0Logement moderne bien équipé, idéal pour une famille qui souhaite deux chambres et deux salles de bain , grande cuisine avec tous les équipements nécessaires . cet appartement est calme et clair au troisième étage avec ascenseur et est situé près de l’arrêt du ferry pour l’aéroport, proche de restaurants et idéalement placé pour visiter Venise. Ravis de notre séjour et à refaire si nous revenons

8.0Very convenient location to stay, away from the crowd with easy access to shops and restaurants. We like it that there is a dock right below the apartment for our water taxi to drop off and pick up. Our host was helpful, excellent communication throughout our stay. Thanks Maurizio!
− We had 2 apartments. One of the apartment was more dated, and due for some minor fixes, like the bedroom door couldn’t close properly. Otherwise apartments were clean and had all the amenities
