It could have been better
7.0The flat is large and spacious, has two proper bedrooms with windows, natural light coming, and blinds to shut the light/heat off. It has two nice bathrooms-toilets (one is ensuite), Kitchen is well equipped, double-bed was very comfortable. It has a nice large dinner table for 4/6 in an open space lounge-room-kitchen area. The flat features modern facilities, lighting and furniture.
− The flat needs care. The basics (toilet, bed, kitchen) are taken care of but the rest of the flat needs attention. The sofas are not in very good shape, the balcony chairs would benefit from having a simple cushion. The nice large window on the lounge room, 'el ventanal' needs deep cleaning and some light curtains. The taps and shower need deep-cleaning, descaling, and the bathroom sink does not drain properly. A complementary bottle of water on arrival would be nice too, as Almagro's water is not drinkable.
