7.0Well equipped and in good location
− Sheets, towels and pillow cases smelt of damp - we had to wash them. Main bed was not comfortable and sunk on one side Sofa was also sinking - seat cushions has lost firmness Bathroom floor was not totally clean En-suite shower room had some mould and smelt of damp Mirror and lamps in large bedroom had lot of dust Small sink in kitchen had foul smell due to brown stains inside which we had to try and clean Would had liked a better reply when we reported that we had to leave 3 days early due to uncomfortable bed and damp.
A perfect place to stay to discover Northumberland
9.0The location was perfect for us. Within short walking distance of supermarket, places to eat, takeaways etc and Alnwick Castle. Easy access to coast and inland countryside. Both really beautiful. The accomadation itself was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. A welcome package including tea, ground coffee, biscuits, milk, orange juice and prosecco was very much appreciated. Most of the accommodation was very spacious. Good to have undercover, onsite parking.
− The downstairs area could be quite cold at times. The second bedroom was very tight for space. It would probably be ok for children, but not suitable for people with limited mobility. The ensuite bathroom was good, but only accessible by 'shuffling' sideways past the bottoms of the beds.
Lovely venue. Will return.

10.0The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a central location, only a few minutes walk away from the market square, restaurants and shops. This was a return visit and we hope to stay once again in future!
