− Not necessarily the fault of the owner(s), rather booking.com, but in the emails the links of the address were wrong. Despite the text of the address being correct, when you click on the google maps icon in the emails they gave 3 different addresses. The phone number provided in the email does not exists. I lost 1,5 hours going from address to address when finally i got a response email from owner with clarifications. Arriving to the right location had to realize that there is no parking available - on my question where exactly should i park never came an answer. Next surprise was the cleanness of the bathroom, particularly of bathtub - dirty. Next surprise was how load is the apartment due to the traffic and poor sound insulation. Next was when i realized that to whatever level i set the thermostat its still very cold in the apartment. Warm water there is, hot i wouldn't name, but due to the condition of the bathtub you still think twice if you wanna take a shower or not... in the morning got woke up by the heavy truck traffic noise at 5 a clock. Didnt even asked for wifi password, probably it would have been provided, but havent seen any typical preprinted FAQ sheet in the apartment.

1.0− Wir waren in Alsdorf geschäftlich, deswegen brauche ich auch die Rechnung.Es sind schon 2 Monate her ich hab schon zich mal geschrieben und booking angerufen , kein schanz.Wer Die Rechnung braucht wurde ich niemals diese Unterkunft zu buchen.
