− Wohnung liegt in einem Appartmenthaus, das ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. In der Wohnung großer Renovierungsstau (Fenster, Küche, Bad, Mobiliar) fehlende Sauberkeit dargestellte Bilder entsprechen nicht mehr der Realität

10.0Sijainti hyvä. Rauhallinen ja iso huoneisto. Pyykkikone & kuivausrumpu plussaa. Mukava isäntä.
− Huoneistossa oli suttuista, itse piti siivota ja pyyhkiä pintoja, jotta ilkesi esim. laittaa tavaroita kylpyhuoneen hyllyille. Sihvelissä oli ilmeisesti edellisen asukkaan roskat ym. Sukat keräsivät hetkessä paksun pölyn lattioilta. Talon rappukäytävä näytti varastolta (mm. puutarhaletku heti oven suussa). Kaiken kaikkiaan talo on ilmeisesti parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Rakennuksen vieressä rakennustyömaa, jossa kolme kaivinkonetta touhusi klo 7-19, mm. porasivat ja räjäyttivät kalliota. Olisin tähän hintaan odottanut edes perussiistiä huoneistoa.
