1.0− It’s a trap! The main photo on Booking is not real! And a lot of information also! The property has only 5 reviews, but we all have to start from something, - I thought while looking through the information choosing where to stay in Goa. While I was getting to the property, the owner offered me to cancel my booking on Booking.com and pay directly to him, deceiving the platform. I refused. Approaching to the property by a taxi, I discovered that a taxi can’t reach the place…… There is no road. And I need to carry all my luggage through bushes, grass, loads of garbage through the field. I was lucky my taxi driver went to that journey with me loaded with my heavy backpack. Once again: there isn’t any proper road to that property at all! You can’t reach it by car! Only by a motorbike, scooter or bicycle. I can’t ride none of these vehicles……. And to get home in the evening I needed to walk across jungle on a remote, desolate, wild footpath…… There are no people there, no light….. But snakes, stray dogs and other dangerous animals….. Stray dogs bark in the evening and attack, gathering together. From the beach road of Arambol, that adventure takes about 10-15 minutes on foot…. During the day I started to realize that it is impossible to stay inside this 1-storey concrete box with cells built in a dry field ….. The temperature inside the room reached audacious indications during the day. And even at night with opened windows it was too hot to stay there. Yes, I had a room without AC. My night was sleepless, torturing and exhausting. Not only because of heat. “Cozy place away from all the noise, dust and smoke pollution” appeared to be a place where you can hear all the loud music from parties up to 1 a.m…… Reality so different from description on Booking.com. One of the most terrifying things were thousands of ants attacking your stuff and food…… I still have goosebumps remembering this….. The fact that staying there costs so much frustrates me the most.

10.0Everything about this place. New facility that's kept well. Has everything that one needs, and we really enjoyed it here. Hot shower, peace and quiet, good location, friendly owners, responsive to needs, pigs, and monkeys to entertain on rainy days. The one stove cooker was amazing, along with strength of wi-fi. AC was on point, along with friendly faces through the village
