− STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! This is an absolute scam. We paid an exorbitant €400 per night, expecting at least decent, professional hospitality standards. Instead, we were met with a neglected, filthy, and highly dangerous property that poses a direct threat to the health and safety of guests, especially those traveling with young children. 1. SEVERE CHILD SAFETY HAZARD: The balcony door does not lock at all. Our 2-year-old child can easily open it at any moment and access the pool area located directly outside. Because of this severe safety breach, it is completely impossible for us to sleep or rest. 2. HYGIENE ISSUES & ALLERGIC REACTION: The property is located right next to a swamp. We noticed that other apartments had mosquito nets everywhere, but in our case, they only had nets in the two bedrooms. There were ABSOLUTELY NO NETS in the living room and the bathroom. As a result, for 9 whole nights, we couldn't even air out the bathroom, causing the entire place to smell heavily of mold! The room was infested with mosquitoes, our toddler woke up covered in severe bites, and suffered a bad allergic reaction. Furthermore, within 5 minutes of entering, our feet turned completely black from the filthy, unwashed floors. 3. SUBSTANDARD INFRASTRUCTURE & DISREPAIR: We arrived late at night to find that they hadn't provided even a single complimentary bottle of water, despite the tap water not being drinkable—and they didn't even bother to warn us. There is absolutely no coffee machine. The refrigerator is malfunctioning, the bedside tables are falling apart, and there are dangerous, broken electrical sockets. The mattresses are ancient spring-beds. To be fair, after our complaints, the management tried to calm us down and replaced the broken kitchen tap. They also brought a single mattress topper (just to make two single beds feel like a double), an old frying pan, and a broken Greek coffee pot (briki).
