5.0La ubicación y la chica que nos entregó las llaves super amable
− En el piso hacía una sensación de humedad, le falta tener un balcón y aparato de aire acondicionado. El garaje tenía un altillo y no cabía nuestro coche. En el piso no había muchos cubiertos ni vasos, y los que había eran de diferentes colores tamaño, había un batiburrillo. Los trapos y fregona no eran nuevos. La nevera estaba empotrada en un mueble que las puertas se despegaban y no cerraban bien.

8.0Decent apartment with parking. Location excellent for accessing the centre of Avilés. Parking a bit strange and awkward to access and exit, but all very well explained by the keyholder.

10.0Lourdes la chica de las llaves es muy simpática y muy amable ! El piso está muy limpio y huele de maravilla Las camas son súper blanditas y te invitan a dormir la verdad de lujo y tiene muy buena ubicación Las únicas pega que le pondría por poner algo es que el garaje si vas con un coche grande como nosotros es complicado para meterle y que el ascensor es pequeño si vas con un carrito no entra

5.0La ubicación del apartamento era buena. Nos dejaron algo de desayuno, se agradece. Lourdes muy amable.
− El alojamiento estaba un poco sucio. La cama de una de las habitaciones era muy incómoda y las sábanas tenían manchas. Solicitamos una cuna, nos la aceptaron y se les debió de olvidar ponerla ya que no estaba por ningún lugar. Para aparcar es un sitio complicado.
