Quite modern comfort in old town
8.0More than one month has elapsed, and our memories are somewhat blurred, but it certainly was a nice place, well located - al least for us, walkers, all the steps and ramps that connect the old town with the modern centre were no problem. (A car can get nearby, anyway). We stayed an extra night - well worth it if you are ready to get up early to catch the bus to Orvieto, which makes for a fascinating day trip.
− It's a pity that the ever-lasting impression about this place may be the "welcoming" message, which just mentions the 25 euro fine if you don't take away all your garbage / immondizia... We use to do so even without being asked, but in Bolsena this is particularly difficult: there are no instructions where to find the facility for that, no wifi to check the net... You have to ask around - apparently there is a movable calendar. When you finally find the "isola ecologica", it will open at 14.30 only... (Check-out time: 10) A micro-wave is a must, also to reduce the waste of food (and production of garbage / immondizia...)

9.0quiet and safe location good general presentation spacious , 2 bathrooms , close to a restaurant so coffee / snacks easy to fetch , locals watch out for you so when washing fell off outside lines, it was picked up and we received a message
