− Lock on the outside door to the appartment needs an upgrade. Welcome pack and information book would be useful

Lovely apartment in Ballina town.
10.0Excellent town centre location. Lots of space. All facilities you need and more. Good communication of information on the day of arrival. Beds so comfortable. Quiet at night even though its over a restaurant. Clean and cleaning supplies/washing machine/dryer provided to keep on top of things.

All in all a good stay in pretty courtyard no traffic

− The only things lacking was in the kitchen area, 2 dinner plates had chips out of them and all dinner plates were showing cracks so not hygienic, no small sharp knives and only large sharp knife had point missing so pretty useless
Delightful stay in Ballina
10.0The apartment was perfect for us. When we arrived we discovered there were feather down duvets, as we are both allergic i sent a message to the host who responded promptly to let us know where we could find the alternative one. Couldn't have been more helpful the apartment is perfectly located and short 5min walk from everything. There is a great restaurant dillons beneath the apartment and it does amazing food. The apartment was spotless and we would both stay here again with no hesitations.
