9.0We (thought) we lost the keys and we had to call Melissa in the middle of the night. After some understandable complaining, she did drive almost an hour from where se was to hand us the spare keys at about two in the night. Even with this disturbance she was unexpectedly friendly and just got to the point of solving the/our problem. Very professional.
− Was a bit hard to find the location (by night) and from the outside it doesn't look too attractive. But the inside reform compensates it greatly. Done with good taste.
