Roberto fue encantador con nosotros. El apartamento está genial, ya que tiene de todo y está súper completo, el proyector nos gustó mucho para ver la tele desde la cama. La ubicación es perfecta ya que estas en la plaza mayor. Sin duda un 10.

Alojamiento perfecto para conocer Avilés y Asturias

Todo perfecto. Ubicación, acceso, tamaño, limpieza, comodidad, equipamiento y tamaño ideal para nosotros, (una pareja y su mascota), en una estancia de 5 noches en Navidad… Roberto nos recibió y nos explicó cómo funcionaba todo. Nos indicó alternativas de aparcamiento, nos recomendó un montón de sitios para comer y visitar en Avilés y por la zona… Además de Avilés, queríamos recorrer la costa occidental asturiana, que no conocíamos. Este alojamiento nos resultó muy cómodo para descubrir un montón de pueblos, puertos, playas, acantilados, rías y paisajes, todos “de postal”, además de la mejor gastronomía local, (da igual con concha, con costra, con espina, con hueso, todo está buenísimo)…

Apartamento muy céntrico y bien equipado

Ubicación estupenda, súpercéntrico. Roberto fue muy amable nos esperó pese a que llegamos tarde para darnos las llaves y nos dio toda la información para aprovechar nuestra estancia en Avilés

Perfecto para estancia corta, media o larga

El apartamento está en pleno centro de Avilés. Literalmente a menos de un minuto de la plaza del Ayuntamiento. Perfectamente acondicionado (básicamente una vivienda con todos los útiles). Está cuidado con mucho mimo y se nota en la limpieza y calidades. La entrega de llaves la hace el propietario y te hace sentir como en tu casa.

− Sobre todo, la iluminación. No hay persianas y es inevitable que entre algo de luz por la noche, a pesar de los estores opacos. Además, el espacio abierto del apartamento hace que no haya separación entre estancias y se cuele también las luces de los electrodomésticos. Pero si no eres muy sensible con estas cuestiones, ni te enteras.
