8.0− Nous avons eu un petit problème avec le bac de la douche. Étant donné qu'il est plat, l'eau s'échapper dans la salle de bain.
Appartement prévu pour des vacances plutôt que pour le travail.
6.0Travaillant à l'hôpital, la localisation était très bien. De manière générale, l'appartement est très bien entretenu et spacieux (espace cuisine avec le nécessaire).
− Fort bruyant (bruit de l'extérieur ou venant de l'immeuble) Wifi médiocre (très difficile de se connecter au wifi via son gsm et regarder la TV en même temps). Les ustensiles de cuisine (poêles) sont très abimés. On connait le risque de contamination avec les microparticules de plastique (PFAS/PTFE)...
Beaucoup trop cher pour un logement dans les combles.
3.0− pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur, seulement des lucarnes. Sombre, pas de vue.
