10.0Beautiful scenery from the balcony, very kind and attentive people running the accommodation. We also did a wine tasting with them, and they have amazing wines (which we will also take home with us). Spacious apartment with a kitchen and dining table below and the bedroom/living room upstairs with a bathroom.

− Met extreem warm weer is het warm in het slaapgedeelte, geen airconditioning dus ramen open en dan hoor je de weg. Maar dat zal niet vaak voorkomen.

9.0Friendly helpful hosts Very nice apartment, with balcony and river views
Overall a great stay with some minor issues
9.01. Beautiful view of the river from the balcony. 2. Host received us and showed us around the spacious apartment. We were given 2 small bottles of complimentary wine. 3. Bedroom is huge and faces the beautiful Moselle river. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. 4. Even though it's located near the main road, the traffic noise wasn't obvious. Note that the kitchen is on first floor and bedroom on the second floor, so be aware that this may pose challenges for those with mobility problems.
− 1. No toiletries (shampoo or shower gel) provided. So bring your own. 2. Wifi didn't work properly on our first day (it was spotty) . We informed the owner to reset it, and they probably did the next day as it worked after that, but only on the second floor (where the bedroom is). It still didn't work on the first floor where the kitchen is. Unlike the local tourists who have their own data roaming, they wouldn't need the WiFi provided. Being international tourists and having to pay for data roaming, having good wifi connectivity is very important to us, so please don't say that nobody has complained before. 3. The floor heating didn't work, and the apartment was very cold for the 3 nights that we stayed there. 4. Pillows were extremely soft. But that seems typical of pillows in Monschau and the nearby towns, not just this accommodation. Regardless, I would recommend this place for those visiting Briedel or using it as a base as these are minor issues that do not detract from the overall great place.
