Staff not compassionate. Not “short” walking distance to shop nearby.

− It’s not “walking distance” to shops. The unit is at the end of the block. View from one of the room is the garbage area. We decided to check out the next day of our 5 days stay. Asking for partial refund. But the staff who claimed she lives opposite block said it’s difficult to arrange cleaner to come. Oh well.
