1.0− I’m extremely disappointed our arrival, we didn’t even stay. The room was not at all as described—the description painted a completely different picture. What was advertised as a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with 3 beds turned out to be a studio with 1 bed. When I raised the issue and requested a refund due to the false advertising, the host/property manager was completely uncooperative and refused to take responsibility. There was no willingness to compromise or even acknowledge the discrepancy so we lost a lot of money. Guests should be able to trust that what they book is what they’ll get. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service.

Misleading information on the exact location

− We were very disappointed to find out, that the apartment is located about 4,5km away from the original location that was listed on the website. We booked this apartment for its convenient location by the sea, but that is not where it is. The incomplete information not even showing the name of the resort (Avanta condominium) and misleading information on the booking made our stay very problematic, as obviously, the location of the accommodation is very important. The host didn't deal with the problem at all, just ignored us. It is very unfortunate, because the apartment itself was nice and clean. Only the toilet didn't flush properly which was annoying and the gym located in the resort is very out-of-date, do not really count on exercise in there, it needs some renovation.
