8.0Room was spacious and it felt more like an airbnb, location was also very good.
− It’s not cheap however and we were asked to leave €4 for tax. The iron wasn’t good however and the colour of my shirt changed because of it when i tried to use it.. now that I think of it, I should’ve reported it to the owner.

9.0Sin duda ninguna la ubicacion. Calle muy animada por el día y tranquila por la noche, por lo que el descanso estaba garantizado incluso con la ventana abierta.
− De vez en cuando olían las cañerías en el baño.

8.0A minha estadia no Queimada Houses foi ótima. A acomodação ofereceu conforto e praticidade, encontrando-se limpa e bem organizada à chegada. A localização é excelente e permitiu deslocar-me com facilidade, que foi essencial dado o motivo da estadia. Considero que a relação qualidade‑preço é adequada. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável, sem qualquer aspeto negativo a apontar.

10.0Se trata de una calle céntrica. En la mismísima calle hay varios restaurantes, muy cerca cafeterías y también, debajo del piso una chocolatería. El supermerdado más cercano tampoco está lejos. Muchas gracias por la enorme flexibilidad: por una tormenta por el oceano, tuvimos que cancelar nuestro viaje a Porto Santo, por lo cual tuvimos que alargar nuestra estancia en Funchal: después de preguntárselo a Queimada House, pudimos quedar una noche más sin problema.
