8.0Emplacement parfait, proche du centre ville, proche des commerces. Calme, tombe sur une cour intérieure. Isolement phonique des fenêtres, il y avait une fois des enfant squi criaient dans la cour, mais une fois les fenêtres fermées on n'entend presque plus rien. Climatisation, vitale pendant l'été. Appartement refait à neuf, bien équipé, très chic. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
− Les information concrètes concernant l'entrée dans le bâtiment ont été données seulement la veille de mon arrivée. Quand j'ai demandé des delais précis pour avoir des informations concrètes, j'ai eu que des réponses vagues. Ce n'est pas de la mauvaise foi, mais probablement une manière particulière de s'organiser.
