− Enges Treppenhaus und recht kleine Treppenstufen etwas unrein, keine Fenster geputzt, klebrige Arbeitsplatte, teilweise unsauberes Geschirr anfängliche Problem, mit warmen Wasser Heizung schaltete sich erst spät ein, bei 12° Außentemperatur ist eine Heizung erforderlich
